Autism Support Through Play

NeuroNurture is a game-based, evidence-informed platform designed to transform autism support in Bangladesh. By embedding clinical assessment tools within engaging gameplay, the platform enables continuous monitoring, early screening, and measurable developmental improvement — without requiring a clinical visit.

The solution addresses a critical gap: autism remains severely under-diagnosed in Bangladesh due to lack of accessible screening tools and trained specialists. NeuroNurture puts clinically-validated assessment in the hands of parents and caregivers via a smartphone application.

Gameplay sessions generate real-time behavioral data — response latency, pattern recognition performance, social cue interpretation — which are fed into an AI model to track developmental trajectories and flag early-stage autism markers.

Game-Based Screening

Clinical assessments embedded in age-appropriate gameplay — zero friction for children.

Continuous Monitoring

AI tracks developmental progression over time, surfacing early red flags before clinical visits.

Rural-Ready

Designed for low-bandwidth environments. Works on any Android device.

Caregiver Empowerment

Reports in Bengali — accessible to non-specialist parents and teachers.

Problem Statement

Bangladesh has an estimated 1.5 million children with autism, yet diagnosis rates remain critically low. Limited access to child psychiatrists, high cost of formal screening, and stigma around mental health prevent early intervention — the window where therapy has the highest impact.
