MediLink
“Bridging the gap in healthcare through real-time resource mapping and emergency micro-deliveries — connecting patients to care before it’s too late.”
Real-Time Health Resource OS
MediLink is a healthcare infrastructure platform that solves one of Bangladesh’s most persistent systemic failures: patients dying in transit while empty hospital beds and available specialists remain undiscovered nearby.
The platform provides a live map of available hospital resources — beds by category (ICU, general, maternity), blood bank inventory, ambulance locations, and specialist availability — accessible to patients, paramedics, and hospital administrators simultaneously via a unified dashboard.
The emergency micro-delivery layer connects rural patients to the nearest functional facility in real time, automating triage routing and ambulance dispatch based on case severity and resource availability — replacing the current model of phone calls and guesswork.
Live Resource Map
Real-time bed, blood, and specialist availability across hospitals.
Emergency Routing
Automated ambulance dispatch and facility matching by case severity.
Blood Bank Network
Live inventory across facilities with donor activation for shortfalls.
Unified Admin Layer
Single dashboard for hospital admins to publish and update availability.
Problem Statement
In Bangladesh, emergency patients frequently die during hospital-to-hospital transfers caused by full ICUs, unavailable blood, or misrouted ambulances. There is no centralised system for real-time resource visibility across the public health network — hospitals operate in isolation, leaving patients and paramedics to navigate a system they cannot see.
